The lab was awarded a research grant for $500,000 from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to study online grocery retailing’s impact on local foods’ supply chain management. Research will be carried out during 2016 and 2017 in collaboration with faculty from the Morrison School of Agribusiness at W. P. Carey School of Business, the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University, and the Orfalea College of Business at Cal Poly (San Luis Obispo).
